Project «Bears, Shihkin, Khokhloma»

In the project for the country side living room interior the designer decorated the column in the middle of the room with Affresco fresco picturing the famous painting “Morning in a Pine Forest” by Ivan Shihkin (Art.: Ivan Shishkin 004). The column covers a the smoke flue of the stove, but the frescoes by Affresco are highly resistant to temperature drops and humidity, and can keep their decorative qualities in such conditions. The fresco was produced as seamless canvas that covered all the sides of column turning it into an art object. Sandy texture Sabbia made the image look like it was painted directly on the wall.
